In partnership with Manchester Active, we run free play schemes during summer, Easter, and October half-term, giving children a safe, active, and nourishing place to grow.

Who is it for?
Our play-schemes are designed for children aged 6 to 11 who are eligible for free school meals, or come from low-income households.
They are completely free and funded through Manchester Active.

Who can attend the Play-scheme?
Our Playschemes are open to children aged between 5 and 12. Priority is given to children who are eligible for free school meals or from families who may need extra support.
Is there a cost to attend?
No. Thanks to funding from Manchester Active and support from our partners, every Playscheme place is completely free for families.
What should my child bring with them?
Registration for Playscheme places is managed through the Manchester Active website. You can click the “Register Your Child” button on this page to be taken directly to their booking form.
Who looks after the children during the Play-scheme?
Our team includes trained staff and DBS-checked volunteers who are committed to providing a safe, friendly and supportive environment for all children.
